Welcome to our beautiful cricket club. We’re based in the picturesque village of Ramsbury in Wiltshire. We host Sunday Social, Midweek T20 and Women’s cricket teams, as well as our growing youth development programmes.
With outstanding facilities for a club of our size and location, we host an array of cricket events each year, both on and off the field.

Our Teams
Sunday Social
A great way to get started with us, our Sunday team host a diverse range of talents, ages and backgrounds.
Whether you’re new to the area and looking to continue playing cricket, looking to return to the game after an extended break, or thinking that you may be an undiscovered talent, our Sunday team is a social bunch, who bring a family atmosphere to our games.
Traditionally we play either 30, 35 or 40 over games against a range of local and nomadic teams. It’s all fun, all joy and a great way to enjoy a summer Sunday.
Ramsbury Ravens T20
Our midweek T20 team play friendlies against local opponents, in quick blast, post work thrillers, likely followed by a social afterwards, perfect for breaking up the week.
Screaming Eagles
Our ladies team, the Screaming Eagles, were the key success story of Ramsbury CC in 2023. Returning for 2024, our Wednesday evening practise sessions (all ladies welcome) are run by key members of the club. No matter your ability (complete novices very welcome), a bunch of keen coaches are on hand to help you learn the game of cricket, have fun and meet wonderful people too.
As the Screaming Eagles develop, we’re expecting to take part in Ladies Cricket Festivals in 2024, bring the opportunity for more cricket for our ladies team.
Junior All Stars & Dynamos
After the success of our first ever All Stars Junior Cricket Course in 2022, we came back bigger and better in 2023!
We are thrilled to announce that our All Stars (ages 5-8) and our Dynamos (ages 8-11), will run on Friday evenings for 8 weeks from May through June (6–7pm).
We are super excited to see our returning All Stars and Dynamos, as well as welcoming new children to the club.
Booking opportunities will be shared with participants from last years course first, and remaining places will be offered after last years attendees have had the opportunity to sign up or decline their spot. If we have spaces available after that, information will be shared here for sign ups.
U9 and U11 Teams
In 2024, we’re looking to extend our junior offering. Starting with an under 9s and under 11s teams, we’ll look to play in local cricket festivals to extend the experience further and will discuss with parents and players at junior sessions this summer.

As an inclusive club, we welcome new members of all ages and abilities to our teams and would love to see you at one of our weekly nets sessions which run from May through September.

Outdoors nets sessions take place at the Cricket Club within Ramsbury Recreation Centre.

We’re able to provide equipment to new starters and run the sessions to help everyone within our club improve their game.
